How can I get my Rayton equipment serviced?
Our Services Department oversees all maintenance, installation and troubleshooting for equipment sold by Rayton Electric. Please contact our service team via telephone at 876-561-5138, or via email at services@raytonjamaica.com.
Does Rayton deliver islandwide?
Yes, we do! Rayton serves all 14 parishes in Jamaica.
Is a deposit required for Custom Orders with Rayton?
Yes, all custom orders require an 80% deposit for the order to be placed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or installation of your custom order.
If I have commercial equipment bought elsewhere, can Rayton provide servicing?
Unfortunately, no. Rayton is only equipped to provide maintenance, installation and troubleshooting for equipment purchased directly from Rayton Electric.
Does Rayton provide equipment for residential projects?
